What are the largest screws you can manufacture?

 To date

  •  For Shaftless screws: 600 mm OD x 600 mm pitch with a 150 mm x 30 mm bar (24" OD x 24" pitch with a 6" x 1" 3/16 bar)

  •  For Shafted screws: 500 mm OD x 500 mm pitch with a 220 mm x 15 mm bar (20" OD x 20" pitch with a 8" 5/8 x 5/8" bar)

What is the longest screw you can manufacture?

  • Length of shaftless spirals are limit by the client's design. The only limitation is the torque it can carry.

For delivery purposes, we are limited to 6 meters (20 feet) skids. In other words, 6 meters is the                     longest to be able to manoeuver and not risk to bend the spiral with its own weight.

We also deliver screws in manufacturing lengths (between 1.5m and 2.5m (5' and 8')) or any length our         client will dictate, to be welded together on-site.

Remember : an S2S Industries welder is available upon request to weld your spiral on-site.
